By purchasing from or using the Fuck Yo Problems ("FYP") website, you agree to these terms.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product is out of stock or an error occurs in pricing.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order you agree to Stripe's terms of service. All prices are in USD.
Returns & Exchanges
- Unworn, unwashed items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
- Sale items and custom orders are final sale — no returns.
- To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are final sale. By submitting a custom order request you confirm you have the rights to any artwork or designs provided. FYP is not responsible for designs that infringe on third-party intellectual property.
Shipping
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. FYP is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Affiliate Program
Affiliates earn a commission on referred sales tracked via their unique referral code. Commissions are paid out at the rate communicated at enrollment. FYP reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Fraudulent referrals will result in disqualification.
Discount Codes
Discount codes are one use per customer unless stated otherwise. Codes cannot be combined. FYP reserves the right to expire or void codes at any time.
Intellectual Property
All FYP branding, designs, and content are the property of Fuck Yo Problems LLC. Do not reproduce or use without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
FYP's liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
